Awesome judgement there, Future Commander in Chief! Announcing that he would start a war with a nuclear power, in order to get one man, is madness. And McCain's answer is the best response he's had tonight. But he needs to HAMMER Obama on how reckless his rhetoric is, and use it as an example of the kind of Commander he would be.

And is it too much to ask that someone, somewhere mention the fact that the world is a far safer place without Saddam Hussein sitting astride the Persian Gulf? Is there no point in this campaign where McCain, in defense of the Surge, can also go head-on to this idea that Iraq was a huge mistake?
