Obama is ignoring the next question and going right back trying to blow smoke on the facts that McCain just gave.

One more time: 47% of Americans pay NO federal income taxes! You can't "cut" their rates. Sen. Obama said that everyone under $200,000 will get a tax cut. Just ask Sen. Obama what the new, lower tax rate is going to be, particularly on those paying ZERO. A one-time rebate check, from people who pay taxes to people who don't, is not a tax reduction.

You're absolutely right, Maggie. Has someone explained this fact to Bush?
Again, Bush isn't running.
However, in "W"'s defense, that was not part of his original proposal. The Democrats larded up the stim bill and they added the people who don't pay taxes, we were lucky to stave off them adding illegal aliens.
