OK, I am giving you a small project. Everytime an Ocean Spray cranberry juice commercial comes on...you know the one where they are standing in a bog...Mark is fascinated. Literally. At 1st he thought it was a joke that they were standing in a pit of cranberries, but then I explained the whole flooding of the bog and such.
He is just blown away by the whole process. So this post made me think of that. Anyway, next time we are home in the fall I want to find someplace to take him to watch them harvest the cranberries.
Schedule it now, Columbus Day Weekend. Edaville Railoroad has a Cranberry Harvest Festival. "Two big days....one little berry!"
