This poster does make me pause. I go to Mexico maybe 4 times a year, specifically I go to Sonora. The last 2 times I was there, military vehicles rolled through town, soldiers in the back of the trucks with weapons visible. It wasn't like that before. Since AZ has become the number one state for kidnappings, this poster has unsettled many people from here. The kidnappings that take place in this state are usually carried out by Mexican nationals who are here illegally. That doesn't give us a warm feeling, especially when the Mexican govt puts out posters of that nature.
