Usually there is some clue as to what country a boat belongs to. Wait! Is that handsome devil BMC Dotson driving that boat? Yep, he's driving it like he stole it baby!

The ensign is from USS Cole DDG-67. After all USS Cole is the reason that all the Boat Units exist in their current form.
