Madeline Albright wants you to know, there is no good or bad. That concept is fiction.
"It is sometimes convenient, for purposes of rhetorical effect, for national leaders to talk of a globe neatly divided into good and bad. It is quite another, however, to base the policies of the world's most powerful nation upon that fiction. "
Hey Madeline, buy a clue! No one is saying the world is "neatly divided" into anything. The President just happens to have the stones to point out when something is "evil". Too many shy away from such words and concepts. There is evil in the world and if your don't ackowledge it, how can you hope to defeat it?
Edmund Burke said it best:
"In order for evil to flourish, all that is required is for good men to do nothing".
We are Americans and we won't do "nothing". We may have our starts and stops. We may falter. But we try and that's worth everything.
This is her op-ed in the LA Times.

She couldn't buy a clue if she was the richest woman in the world. She's too damned stupid (and perhaps nuts).
