Turkey In The Industrial Park?

Apprently no one told the turkey that this is an industrial park?

My battery ran out at the end where Nic was threatening to run at it and make the feathers come up. She didn't.

So...what happened??? Won't animal control trap & relocate it?

I used to have a turkey come to my home in Penna. every morning. Since we lived right next to some woods, it would come from under the rushes, and saunter herself to our bird feeder.

THIS IS HER PECKING AROUND

Ah, Mrs. K....ever the animal lover! I notice you aren't worried about me! What if had turned and chased and attacked me?

What are you doing up this early????

And I think wild turkeys do attack. But then I would never bet on my knowledge of animals.

Turkeys are pretty unpredictable until they've gotten used to you. The flock that used to hang around my house (and still might be doing so -- I don't get wildlife updates) would go into Threat Display until they figured out that *I* was the guy putting the corn out for 'em.

After that, they were like cats at suppertime -- ever had seven 20-pound birds all trying to rub your ankles at the same time?

Maggie, you can take on admirals but not a turkey?!?!? C'mon!!!!

And, I am up this early because

A) I nap in the afternoon.

B) I leave the house by 6:30 since one of my required math classes begins at 7AM!!
