Best Tour Eva!

I've enjoyed every Navy ship I have had the honor to be invited to, but this really was the best tour ever.
After the tour I had to dash to Cheesecake Factory to get Bette's fav low carb cheesecake because it was her birthday. Then work like a crazy person for a few hours. Then Jen and I took Bette out for a birthday dinner.
Now I am here, exhausted with aching calf muscles - lotta climbing. So I am going to cheat and throw some pics up and go to bed.
I promise that there will be posts soon.

And now.....getting invited to tour USS Wayne E Meyer DDG-108.

    I guess I'm too out of touch, I didn't even realize we were naming a ship for RADM Meyers. Good call. He was a good man who did a lot to ensure we had a strong surface fleet. He is rightfully called the Father of the Aegis Navy.
