Senator Obama Let Me Tell You Something

I am not President Bush.

Yes! Yes! Yes!

  1. "If I've occasionally mistaken your policies for George Bush's policies, it's because on the core economic issues that matter to the American people—on tax policy, on energy policy, on spending priorities—you have been a vigorous supporter of President Bush," he said.

    From MSNBC: Joe the Plumber references:

    McCain=14 times
    Obama=4 times

  2. McCain isn't Bush.

    Even so, Bush isn't always wrong.

  3. No one is always wrong: Bush comes closer to being always wrong than most.

    I misstated the Joe the Plumber reference:

    McCain: 21 times
    Obama: 4 times

    (not that this matters...)

    Did you see the Alfred E. Smith dinner tonight? Obama and McCain made fun of themselves and each other. Both were a riot. I recall McCain said (paraphrasing), "Yes, the debate. I think Joe the Plumber one." Let me know if you want a link.
