I went to the gym last night.......treadmill.......nautilas......bike......hot shower...........

This morning I did all the laundry and the dishes.

I went above and beyond for something for work (I am the Dirty Harry of this office).

Now I am sitting at my desk enjoying a Delaviuda Bombone.......mmmmmmmm
