The United States Constitution Means The Freedom To.....

and the freedom NOT to.

Could someone explain to President Obama, who purports to be a Constitutional scholar, that mandatory voting would be unconstitutional.

Never mind pointless and stupid.

    Obama understands our Constitution and our liberties. He despises them, and has worked feverishly to subvert them and erode them. He is a statist Communist who is engaging in a religious war, between worship of God and worship of the State.

    Hillary is, if anything, worse.
